1. About us and these terms

This website is operated by Magni Sports Ltd (company number NI665103, VAT number 342199594), trading as Best Gym Flooring ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by introducing viruses or malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying or scraping the site. We may refuse service to anyone, and may suspend or withdraw the website at any time without notice. We try to keep the information on the website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date, and colours shown on screen may differ from the actual product. Samples are available on request.

3. Products, pricing and quotes

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Please check the price shown at checkout, including whether VAT is included. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If we find an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct it and contact you before accepting your order. Quotes we provide are valid for the period stated on the quote. For bulk orders and larger projects, please contact us for a quote.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order we will send an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm that we are dispatching your goods or have otherwise accepted your order in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if goods are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery charges, timescales and conditions are set out in our Delivery Information page and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You must arrange for someone to be available to receive and sign for delivery. Delivery is kerbside, and failed deliveries are subject to a charge as set out in our Shipping Policy. Please check your goods for damage before signing and report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery. Collection from our Swindon warehouse is available by arrangement, and collection details are provided once your order is ready.

6. Cancellations and returns

Our Refund Policy sets out how returns and refunds work, including return and collection costs and the restocking fee, and forms part of these terms. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Custom-made, cut-to-size or specially ordered items made to your specification are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Warranty and faulty goods

Our flooring carries a 5-year warranty on the structural integrity of the product from the date of delivery. Wear and tear is not covered. Full details of what is and is not covered, and how to make a claim, are set out on our Warranty page. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. If goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.

8. Custom and made-to-order items

Items such as custom designed tracks, weightlifting platforms and branded or cut-to-size products are made to your specification. Please check all dimensions, colours and details carefully before confirming your order, as we cannot accept changes or cancellations once production has started. Lead times for these items are estimates only.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for goods being of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose, and nothing in these terms affects those rights. Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, and, where you are buying for business purposes, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss caused by delays outside our reasonable control. Please do not book floor fitting until your goods have arrived, as we cannot accept liability for costs arising from delivery delays. Floors must be laid on a suitable, level, prepared subfloor following our installation guidance, and we are not responsible for problems arising from unsuitable subfloors or incorrect installation.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party links and tools

The website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any contract between you and us, are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute, although if you are a consumer living in England, Wales or Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
