Best Gym Flooring 5-Year Warranty

Our rubber flooring is covered by a 5-year warranty on the structural integrity of the product, from the date of delivery. Wear and tear is not covered.

No installer lock-in

The warranty does not depend on who lays the floor. It stays in force whether you fit it yourself, use your own team or use any competent contractor, provided the floor is laid on a suitable, prepared subfloor in line with our installation guide.

What's covered

  • Failure of the connection system (interlocking edges and connectors)
  • Warping, cupping or other loss of dimensional stability
  • Cracking or crumbling caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Manufacturing defects visible on delivery, or products that do not match their stated specification (please report these within 24 hours of delivery)

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual surface wear
  • Delamination of the surface layer from the base
  • Damage from an unsuitable or badly prepared subfloor
  • Damage from chemicals or non-approved cleaning products or methods
  • Cuts, gouges, burns or abrasion from sharp objects or dragged equipment
  • Indentation from fixed equipment without protective pads
  • Colour fading from prolonged direct sunlight
  • Damage caused by flooding or prolonged water ingress
  • Use beyond the product's stated application or maximum drop weight
  • The natural characteristics of recycled rubber, such as slight shade variation, fleck distribution or a temporary rubber smell when new
